SageSure Data Deletion Instructions

Thank you for using SageSure — a MapleSage company.

In compliance with Facebook Platform and data protection requirements, this page explains how users can request deletion of their data collected through the SageSure app or related services.

 


 

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data associated with the SageSure app, please send us a request by either of the following methods:

Option A – Email Request

Send an email to support@sagesure.io with the subject line:

“Data Deletion Request – Facebook App”

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address linked to your Facebook account

  • (Optional) Any additional details to help us locate your data

Once we receive your request:

  • We’ll verify your identity to ensure security.

  • Your request will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 calendar days, unless retention is required by law.

 


 

 

2. Automatic Deletion via API (if available)

 

 

You may also initiate deletion through our data deletion endpoint:

 

POST https://sagesure.io/api/v1/data-deletion-request

 

Include your Facebook account email or user ID in the request body.

 


 

 

3. What Happens After Deletion

 

After your request is processed, all personal data connected to your Facebook account will be deleted from SageSure systems and backups, except as required by legal or regulatory compliance obligations (e.g., fraud prevention or audit logs).
